Total Linen Management

Starting a new restaurant? We can help you start off your linen management plan. Provide us with your fabric samples for test washes. You can test for colour fastness and shrinkage problems. Our support starts early so that we may prevent linen suitability issues after your purchase. Fundamentals of a good linen management system starts from linen purchase and a correct inventory level. Too much linen not only leads to storage problems, linen that is kept unused for too long also deteriorates and may discolour. On the other hand, too small an inventory creates unnecessary stress to operations and linen reorders may be more costly.

Linen leasing is also available as an option. We currently stock table cloths, overlays, napkins and chef uniforms. Other items may also be considered.

  1. Eliminates Linen Ownership and thus risk of linen loss / damage
  2. Financing for linen is undertaken by vendor
  3. Just In Time replenishment. Linen is kept “fresh” as you do not have to maintain spare inventory. Circulation of linen is also managed to avoid “dead stock”.
  4. Assurance of linen availability even during peak periods
